Hi, I’m Anita Leeah, a passionate Health and Wellness advocate based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. With a background in Corrective Exercise Specialist, Stretch Therapy and over 15 years of massage therapy. I’ve spent the last 5 years honing my skills in Stretch Therapy specializing in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
When I’m not working, you can find me at one of my kids practices or games or at the beach meditating and stretching! I’m particularly passionate about yoga, and I love to be outdoors.
Professionally, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people of all ages. From 7 years old to 90 years old. I've worked with all kinds of Athletes ranging from gymnasts, runners, golfers, tennis, pickleball, football, soccer, volleyball, hockey and polo players. My experience at StretchZone and StretchLab has allowed me to work at multiple events and attend training courses in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa, FL. I’m always looking for new challenges, training and opportunities to grow.
On a personal note, I am a proud parent of an 18-year-old state placed wrestler, a 12-year-old competitive Cheerleader and Stepmom to a 17-year-old competitive Volleyball player. I am also a fur mom and a proud Native American Woman.
